Hi, I'm Helena 👋

I'm a computational biologist working on genomics and gene regulation.

Currently I am a postdoctoral researcher at Boston Children's Hospital / Harvard Medical School, where I work on single-cell and epigenomic datasets to reconstruct gene regulatory networks during vertebrate development.
