Revamp website to '成长星路' skill-tree landing (HTML/CSS/JS + README)

Motivation

• Replace the previous GPU-management homepage with a skill-tree–themed landing experience (成长星路 / 作品广场 / 灵感创作 / 实训平台 / 课程中心 / 技能评定 / 赛事专题 / 就业服务) to match the new product direction and simplify the public landing.
• Consolidate and simplify front-end assets and interactions to a lightweight static site focused on discoverability and responsive layout.

Description

• Rebuilt the landing page at website/index.html to the new “成长星路” structure and content, removing the prior GPU-specific UI blocks and adding navigation, hero, section cards, CTA and footer matching the new theme.
• Replaced website/css/style.css with a redesigned stylesheet implementing the starry/space visual theme, updated CSS variables, responsive grids and simplified component styles.
• Rewrote website/js/main.js to a smaller, focused script that handles smooth scrolling and active navigation highlighting and removes heavyweight/unused interactions.
• Updated documentation at website/README.md to describe the new site purpose, structure, colors, quick-start and deployment notes.

Testing

• No automated tests were executed for this change (visual/static website update and documentation-only adjustments).
