This is the organization-level meta repository for Hermes Labs. It holds the public profile that renders at github.com/hermes-labs-ai, the shared community-health defaults for the organization, and the checks that keep its open-source tool and research links aligned with their public sources.

• .github/workflows/reusable-hermes-quality.yml, .github/workflows/reusable-lintlang.yml, and .github/workflows/reusable-python-release.yml — workflow_call targets a repository can call with uses: hermes-labs-ai/.github/.github/workflows/<file>.yml@main. The Python release workflow must run from the release tag push with release-tag: ${{ github.ref_name }}; it checks out refs/tags/<tag> and fails unless that tag still points at the triggering github.sha.
