Rename wallet popup button: Connect → Track Wallet#24

The flow stores a read-only address for cloud-sync and chain-sync; it does not connect a wallet provider. "Track" matches existing crypto- product vocabulary and accurately describes the behavior. Closes #18 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
