I really cant get a hold of how to use the gem. Is there any handson documentation that I can use?

I really should write some documentation. I'll try to get around to it this weekend. Until then, you may want to play around with the 'netscaler help' command. Typing 'netscaler help vserver', for instance, will give you information about the vserver command.
