Tweaked language around upgrading rate limits
Changed some intro language. Added "no API key" back to the chart - might have broken that, so will need to double check that on the next vercel build Tweaked some copy in the faucet section

I made some tweaks to all pages here and changed the banner language. Notably I added back in the "no api key" rate limits to the chart. Note: I'm not approving this while everything is in flux. Would recommend we hold until we get confirm from Alexis that everything is locked and stable. One final nit: I can't find this metadata in this branch for some reason, but I want to update this subheader on the rate limits page to read "Understand the rate limits for Hiro APIs and testnet faucets." See picture. |
