This PR fixes the Hive-Engine streamer behavior where a degraded or dead primary Hive RPC could cause the node to stall, limp, or fall behind instead of cleanly continuing on a healthy alternate node.
It applies a minimal operational fix to make failover work reliably in the current design.
This branch has now been live-tested for over a week, including real-world primary node failure simulation, and has remained stable. I also observed successful rollover in real time during testing.
