Change description

  • remove deprecated @types (now included with the dependencies)
  • move @types to devDependencies
  • update transitive dependencies to fix CVEs
  • use resolutions to ensure express v4 not v5 types are used
  • update Jest Pact config to transpile nested ESM dependencies
  • rename import aliases to pass linting
