website: the blog and the notes are two places, the blog index carries no mission block - #104

…rries no mission block A blog is a decision of the owner, not a default. New field kind on a post: only Check. Pay. Prove. is a blog (and stays pinned at the top of /blog). The two posts of 2026-10-24 and the five older pieces are notes and live on /notes. /blog and /notes each list only their own kind, the mission block is gone from both indexes (it stays at the end of every post), the nav gets a Notes link, a post's way back leads to its own index, and post urls do not change so existing links keep working. Tests: new notes-index tests for both pages in both languages, a data test that only a blog may be pinned, and the two old tests that encoded the previous behaviour are updated.

Until now the Blog page listed everything we write, with the mission block on top, so two working notes of 2026-10-24 appeared as blogs.

The two posts of 2026-10-24 and the five older pieces are notes and live on /notes. Each index lists only its own kind, the mission block is gone from both indexes (it stays at the end of every post), the nav gets a Notes link, and post urls are unchanged so links that are already out there keep working.
Tests: notes-index tests for both pages in both languages, a data test that only a blog may be pinned, and the two old tests that encoded the previous behaviour updated. Checked in a headless browser: /en/blog shows only the pinned blog, /en/notes shows the notes.
