Adds a scoreboard row for the run on nine Code4rena contests, and two notes: the scan held its rate on nine newer contests (with the second list in reports and one thing we tried and dropped), and the scan endpoint signs its offer and was paid once to see the receipt. Also llms.txt and the sitemap. Tests and the build pass.
