Pass our iDenfy KYC branding theme UUID as `theme` on /api/v2/token so the hosted verification UI matches Human ID branding instead of iDenfy's stock look. Both the gov-id and clean-hands flows go through createIdenfyToken, so this covers both. iDenfy falls back to its "Default" theme when `theme` is omitted; this overrides that.
