Moves internal/parser/bflog to bflog and internal/domain to domain so other tools can import the parser instead of copying it. The first user is captheflag-uplink, which checks server event logs against captheflag.com's own round records.

No behaviour change: imports and docs updated, go build ./... and go test ./... pass.

…nal/domain -> domain

Other tools (captheflag-uplink) can now reuse the same parser instead of copying it.
No behaviour change.
