The _psycopg.so was build on Python 3.8.x, please provide the correct python version, or release the lib source code for compiling

To connect to GaussDB using the Python driver, you must use Python 3.8 (64-bit). Failing to do so results in an
undefined symbol: _PyInterpreterState_Get
error.
Unfortunately, the driver's documentation omits this requirement.
This omission is a significant oversight, causing unnecessary frustration and wasted time for users who must guess the correct version amidst Python's version incompatibilities.
