Pulls in the two upstream commits missing since af63b7a: - 7ed7d28 fix(tui): tighten transcript spacing and group narration-free tool runs (huggingface#780) - 47610d3 Prepare Tau 0.4.9 patch release (huggingface#787) Conflict resolutions: - pyproject.toml and uv.lock: take upstream's released 0.4.9 over the fork's unpublished 0.4.9b3. Equal versions also keep the startup update check quiet. - tests/test_tui_app.py: keep the fork's version-agnostic sidebar assertion built on current_version() instead of upstream's hardcoded "0.4.9". - release-notes/releases.json: keep both histories, upstream's 0.4.9 entry first, then the fork's unpublished 0.4.9b3 and 0.4.9b2 notes. Verified with pytest, ruff check, ruff format --check, and mypy.
