Improves dialog-thread lifecycle handling across multiple dialogs by guarding message loops on successful window creation, initializing accelerators safely, and restoring already-open dialog windows instead of spawning duplicates. Adds `supRestoreDialogWindow` and wires it into Extras/Find dialog creation paths, and tightens SD view thread teardown/handle ownership. Also hardens fast-event primitives (`sup/sync.c`) with null checks, safer reset/set behavior, improved event creation/access flags, and race-aware signaling when lazily creating event handles. Includes a small leak fix in IPC property flow. Commit message body generated by Copilot.
