Summary

tighten workflow checks for default-feature wasm builds
require compat fixture files to be included in the release package
make package include list explicit and keep the 1.0.0 compat fixture packageable

Verification

scripts/check-release-package.sh
cargo package --list --allow-dirty
cargo package --no-verify --allow-dirty
npm run build:compat:1.0.0
