…ion as 8.2 Code remains 7.4-compatible, but older PHP is out of support and the PHPCS tooling can only run on 8.2 or later.

composer phpcsaction which runs the HM-Minimum sniffsnpm run lint:phpalias for the sameFixes several PHPCS errors noted by these sniffs (which were false positives related to escaping that was separated from the values' output).
