Steps

1. Clone the repository:

   cd pfm_jinja2

   python3 -m venv venv

3. Install dependencies:

   pip install -r requirements.txt
   

4. Set up the database:

   flask db init
   flask db migrate -m "Initial migration"
   flask db upgrade

   flask run
