• Restore keyboard focus to the New-ticket and command-palette invokers after dismissal, without overriding navigation handoff.
• Add an opaque semantic keyboard-focus ring to the editable ticket title.
• Cover dialog focus lifecycle, detached/null invokers, explicit handoff, and DOM-free rendering with regression tests.
• Gate built-app dialog focus and title-ring regressions by default; broader accessibility measurements remain observational.

Integration

Merged current main, preserving the newer command-palette navigation rows and accessible name. Removed internal release investigation/checklist documents from the public repository.

Validation

• pnpm exec vp check: passed.
• Desktop package typecheck: passed.
• Focused dialog, SSR, title, palette ordering, and ChromeBar tests: 12 passed.
• Public-content check, both probe syntax checks, and git diff --check: passed.
• Full coverage and desktop smokes are left to CI.
