Pull Request Overview
This PR expands a GitHub workflow from handling only pull request events to also handle various comment and review events, enabling a coding agent to respond to different types of interactions on PRs and issues.
- Adds support for issue comments, PR review comments, and PR review submissions
- Introduces environment variables for admin and coding agent handles to centralize configuration
- Restructures the workflow into separate jobs for each event type with enhanced payload building
