Configure OpenSSF Scorecard as a goal to match the project lifecycle criteria introduced

should be able to replace hyperledger/fabric with hyperledger-caliper/caliper but you can't as it's not configured correctly
hyperledger/caliper works but who knows how long the redirect will remain. I still don't understand why hyperledger moved us to this obscure repo name and I've not seen any others get moved in a similar pattern
