I'm Sunny from BF Labs, building Bufflow (https://bufflow.app), a visual creative workspace for reusable image and video workflows. Bufflow's creative client and edge proxy are now open source under AGPL-3.0 at https://github.com/Sunnyender-org/bufflow. The separately operated hosted account backend is not included in that initial public release.
We are interested in integrating Hypit's editable video production workflows into Bufflow. Our intended model is an open-source product with a paid official hosted service, where separate users/workspaces can create and remix videos. We understand that making Bufflow open source does not grant the multi-tenant hosting or commercial redistribution rights restricted by sections 1.a and 1.b of your license.
We would like to apply for written commercial permission or explore a partnership covering:
- Using Hypit as a backend for Bufflow's paid, multi-tenant hosted service.
- Whether an AGPL-3.0 Bufflow integration may be publicly distributed, and whether Hypit must remain a separately installed component rather than bundled source/binaries.
- The rights and requirements for users who self-host Bufflow and choose to install Hypit.
- Attribution requirements, supported model-provider integration, pricing, and any minimum commitments or usage limits.
We are requesting terms for evaluation, not accepting fees or a commercial agreement at this stage. We have not integrated Hypit into the hosted product.
