fix(hypihub): send the model ids the service now publishes - #197

HypiHub dropped the vendor prefix and the mode suffix from its model ids on 2026-09-14, so every generation returned 404 model_not_found. `/v1/models` now lists `seedance-2`, `seedance-2-fast`, `seedance-2-mini`, `seedance-2.5`, `gpt-image-2`, `seedream-5-lite`, `minimax-h3` and `grok-imagine-video`.
