Links dream-of-kiki PR #19 (2026-05-20-biophysical-stratification.md,
5 strata, merged 2026-05-19). Stratum 4 (embodied sensorimotor grounding)
anchors on B-3 PASS — no functional change to bouba_sens code.
B-1 Retract (ADR-0019) is explicitly respected in the added wording.

dream-of-kiki PR #19 (2026-05-20-biophysical-stratification.md) anchors
Stratum 4 (embodied sensorimotor grounding) on B-3 PASS. Added forward
reference after F1 finding. B-1 Retract (ADR-0019) explicitly honoured.

Pull request overview

This PR updates the project README to reference an external stratification specification that grounds “B-3 PASS” as an empirical anchor, aligning the documentation with the linked dream-of-kiki spec (no functional code changes).

Changes:

  • Add a README note linking B-3 PASS to the biophysical stratification spec’s §4.
  • Clarify that Stratum 4 anchors on B-3 (not B-1), respecting the B-1 Retract (ADR-0019).
