docs(site): update roadmap to reflect shipped checks#140

Move duplicate-route, canonical/OG/JSON-LD, localization, and status-aware relationship checks into Now (they shipped), and set Next to the perf and watch-mode items that are actually still planned.

The /roadmap page listed already-shipped checks (OG, localization) under Next. Move duplicate-route, canonical/OG/JSON-LD, localization, and status-aware relationships into Now, and set Next to the still-planned perf and watch-mode items. Static page only; pnpm site:build / lint / format green.
