Summary

Adds workflow_dispatch to release.yml's trigger list so the workflow can be re-fired manually from the Actions tab (Actions → Release → "Run workflow") without needing to push a fresh commit to main.

Why

The initial release attempt (run 25813383280) failed at the changeset publish step with 404 Not Found for all 10 packages. Two structural issues:

  1. The @acture org/scope doesn't exist on npm — needs to be created at npmjs.com (free).
  2. NPM_TOKEN doesn't have write access to the unscoped acture package (which is owned by thorwhalen1).

Once those are fixed by the maintainer (npm org created + NPM_TOKEN rotated to a granular token with read+write on the acture package and the @acture scope), this manual trigger lets us re-fire the publish without inventing an empty commit.

Test plan

  • YAML still parses (verified locally; no expression changes)
  • After this merges + npm credentials are fixed: trigger from the Actions tab, watch v0.2.0 publish to npm + PyPI

Lets us trigger release.yml from the Actions tab without pushing a
fresh commit to main. Useful for retrying a failed publish after
fixing credentials (e.g. NPM_TOKEN rotation, npm org creation, PyPI
token refresh).
