Release-readiness session. Two deliverables from docs/next_session.md: - New package `eslint-plugin-acture-migration@1.0.0`. One rule, `acture/no-stale-wrap-mutation`, flags `wrapMutation(...)` calls whose result is never used — the strangler-fig wrapper has graduated and the command should be authored directly with `defineCommand`. Conservative single-file detection (bare statement, or unused non-exported binding); tracks named/aliased imports from `@acture/migration`; `module` option for re-exports. 16 RuleTester tests, zero runtime deps, eslint >=9 peer. - Fresh-agent release-gate test against `@acture/codemods` (Phase-4 reflection gate, deferred since v1.0). Engine + CLI passed; README accuracy fixes carried to v1.5. Results in docs/fresh-agent-test-results.md. 396 package tests + 41 example tests green; all 15 packages typecheck and build. No existing package versions changed — the new package publishes at 1.0.0 via changeset's new-package detection. migration-graduate skill now points at the rule. v1.4 reflection + v1.5 next-session prompt included.
