Move key/value transforms into dol hooks (_id_of_key/_obj_of_data) and land DynamoDbStore #4
Description
Structural follow-up of #1 (remediation steps 2-4). The user-visible escape (.items()/.values() on wrapped stores) is fixed; what remains is the design the source TODOs name: format_get_key -> _key_of_id, format_get_item/extract_obj_from_data -> _obj_of_data, prefix/partition scoping in DynamoDbPrefixReader/DynamoDbPartitionReader __getitem__ -> _id_of_key, and DynamoDbStore(DynamoDbBasePersister, Store). Once done, scan_items/scan_values could honour wrappers instead of refusing them. Also: results are not paginated (scan/query return only the first page, ~1 MB).

Landed in #8: pagination, the _primary_key hook and batched items()/values() through wrappers. The breaking remainder is the decision issue #7 (recommendation: no); relaxing scan_items is #6.
