- registry: persistent named-corpus definitions (~/.config/ir/corpora.json) with presets skills/packages/reports/files; auto-registers presets. - cli + __main__: argh-dispatched `ir` command (ls/register/build/search/ info/rm); console_scripts entry point `ir = ir.__main__:main`. - facade: ir.register / ir.corpora / ir.build_corpus. - version 0.0.1 -> 0.1.0 (PyPI already has ir 0.0.2-0.0.6; 0.0.x would collide on publish). - argh added as a dependency. 29 tests pass (registry/CLI hermetic, files-based). Closes #13. Refs #1.

PyPI already has
ir0.0.2–0.0.6, so the inherited0.0.1would collide on publish. Bumped to 0.1.0 to leapfrog.arghadded as a dependency.Tests
29 pass (5 new registry/CLI tests — hermetic, files-based, light embedder). Ruff clean. Closes #13; refs #1.
