Sorry, I'm not familiar enough with git to fix all the file commit issues after my bad commits within that same pull request so I had to create a new branch.
Does this look better? The oracle is now returning a uint that corresponds to the DeliveryStatus enum
1 = In Transit, 2 = Delivered, 3 = Exception, 4 = Pickup, 5 = Manifest Pickup
