Prepare v0.10.9 with the Shift-overlap identifier fix (refs #16) and the Android keyboard tools and design update. Clipboard paste, cursor controls, input-mode and feedback settings use the existing IME; sensitive clipboard previews are hidden and clipboard history is not stored.

Publish matching Korean/English release notes and separate five-run performance and package-size reports for enko and enkoja. The reviewed Windows update fix from #19 is included through main.

Validation: full workspace/all-feature tests, formatting, Clippy with default and all features, Windows installer/update/rollback checks, both Windows editions and x86 builds, bilingual changelog/version checks, performance report self-tests, and Android JNI/cursor/UI emulator checks. Physical-device haptics and the real UAC prompt remain outside local emulator/script validation.

The capitalization exception admitted intentional Latin identifiers on
syllable likelihood alone, and also enabled unrelated Japanese candidates.
Require a clean reading backed by existing Korean vocabulary/inflections
before relaxing the guard, and limit that exception to English/Korean
competition. Preserve raw keys and explicit correction behavior.

This intentionally preserves Latin for unlisted overlap spellings rather
than guessing Korean from confidence. Canonical Korean spelling and Esc
remain available; the dlfRK fixture now documents this policy instead of
requiring an unsupported automatic reading. No token exceptions or new
vocabulary entries are introduced.

Add matching identifier negatives, Korean positives, language-isolation
controls and session/FFI coverage for surrounding text and UTF-16 carets.

Fixes #16

Make the top strip switch between readings and clipboard, cursor and
settings tools. Bundle the existing Tacit logo and licensed Lucide vectors,
refine light/dark key surfaces, and highlight the selected reading first.

Paste the current clipboard without retaining history, hide sensitive
previews, preserve composition and selections, and clear previews when the
keyboard closes. Add persistent haptics/key-preview controls, double-Shift
caps lock and contextual Enter labels using the existing Android APIs.

Add Android view/service instrumentation for the input and clipboard paths,
and run it alongside JNI smoke checks in the reusable Android workflow.

Local validation: ARM64/x86_64 APK, API 35 JNI/cursor/UI checks, 346 workspace
tests, fmt, Clippy, changelog validation and workflow formatting passed.
Physical-device haptic feel has not been verified.

Combine the keyboard UI changes with the Shift-overlap classifier fix, retaining both bilingual changelog entries.
