How I build

  • Contracts first. Every service starts as a written spec with its decisions and their reasons.
  • Checks that can fail. Nothing counts as done until a check says so.
  • One source of truth. My work lives on a self-hosted GitLab. What appears on GitHub is published from it, and each commit here names the GitLab commit it came from.

What I run

A three-node Proxmox and Ceph cluster with Kubernetes on top; a self-hosted GitLab with blue/green delivery; PostgreSQL, object storage and vector search; InvenioRDM with the CERN data stack (EOS, FTS, Rucio); Keycloak as the identity authority; and the agent tooling that works on all of it under written policy.
