Dependabot PR #288 (typescript 6.0.3 -> 7.0.2) fails CI with 'typescript-eslint does not support TS 7.0'. Ignore typescript >=7 in the npm update config, as for ESLint 10, and assert it in the CI workflow contract test. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Dependabot now ignores
typescript7 and later, following the same pattern as the ESLint 10 and@types/node25 rules. The CI workflow contract test asserts the new rule.Why
