• Sticky Icon: Added position: absolute to #edit-tracker-settings so it stays fixed regardless of horizontal scrolling.
• Layout Fix: Moved the HTML icon block out of the scrollable loop container to isolate it from workflow nodes.
• UX Tweak: Added a subtle background hover effect (#dbeafe) for better interactivity.
