- Fixed legacy ↔ child table synchronization issues in My Audits
- Added safer stage matching logic to prevent overlaps for shared users (e.g. HR vs CHRO)
- Prevented incorrect downgrade of Responded stages to Pending / No Response
- Added validation to sync Responded status only when valid response exists
- Improved child table → hardcoded field synchronization consistency
- Enhanced rollback handling and stage tracking stability
- Added history access support for already responded users
- Improved tracker UI rendering and tooltip handling
- Added patch support for correcting old Pending records having valid responses
- Cleaned permission flow and operational escalation handling
- Removed duplicate tracker rendering conflicts and stabilized tracker behavior
