feat: restructure Disciplinary doctypes with section breaks and updated UI
Added section breaks with headings in the following doctypes:
• Suspension Process
• Response to SCN
• Domestic Enquiry
• Enquiry Reminder
• Case Closure
Reorganized fields under respective section headings for better clarity and form structure
Commented out code in disciplinary.js that hides default icons to temporarily restore standard UI controls
