feat: improve Disciplinary doctypes with case linking, form layout and auto-calculation

case_idis set only once across the following doctypes:• Suspension Process
• Response to SCN
• Domestic Enquiry
• Enquiry Reminder
• Case Closure
Rearranged fields in all forms for balanced and structured layout
Implemented auto-calculation of "Suspension To Date" based on
"Number of Suspension Days" and "Suspension From Date"
