Summary

  • keep ActivityWatch logical host id stable across physical RDP host changes
  • update Windows deploy variables/docs around SHARKON2025 logical identity
  • harden collector guard service restart budget and probes

Verification

  • git diff --cached --check
  • pwsh parser syntax check for windows/aw-collector-guard.ps1, install-collector-guard-service.ps1, run-user1-probe.ps1

Notes

  • no live WinRM/task mutation in this PR
  • local Cargo 1.94 requires lock normalization inherited from base; GitHub CI remains authoritative for workspace checks
