Notify only if terminal where command done is not the active windows

Awezone script that work perfectly!

But at usage, I have a lot of useless notification.. Typically when a execute a command which take some times but not enough to change my focus on an other task.

Of course, I can increase the threeshold time but I'm looking for a more structural solution.

Unfortunately, I have actually no idea to do this..
