Replace the old raw-disk path-to-UUID map with structured specs that support optional uuid, version, and mount overrides. Unify raw disk creation and reuse for user disks and the container storage disk, drive guest mounting entirely from vmc.BlkDevs, and update docs and tests for the new CLI format and version-aware behavior.
