QC Agent & I.T Technical Support – Facto April 2024 – August 2025

• Tracked and evaluated customer interactions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Lowey Queue Matrices.
• Monitored calls for quality and compliance, documenting findings and preparing QC reports.
• Evaluated conversion and retention calls and coached agents to improve communication.
• Provided technical support: built and configured computers, managed network connections, installed and updated software and ensured security using tools like Cisco Packet Tracer, PRTG, Wireshark and pfSense.

MERN Stack Developer – CapregSoft Dec 2022 – July 2023

• Created the @capregsoft/hawqal Node.js package for efficient data retrieval, implemented robust CI/CD pipelines and developed a SaaS “Email Checker” application using MERN stack, TypeScript, GraphQL, MySQL and Docker.
• Built REST APIs for data scraping from 91mobiles.com and implemented authentication/authorization in AdonisJS.
• Designed WordPress plugins (e.g., for talknest.com) integrating the Yahoo Finance API and developed a Sales Management System with user role management.

Full‑Stack Developer – TechNerdNYC Jan 2022 – Dec 2022

• Built MVC architecture applications using Node.js, Express.js and MongoDB, including a REST API for a fitness app and a real‑time chat application (MERN stack).
• Developed WordPress plugins for US‑based service providers (custom post types, archive/single pages) and integrated the Yahoo Finance API in WordPress sites.
