Mamdouh Aboammar

Digital Director · Ex-copywriter · Marketing Systems Builder

I work where marketing strategy, paid media, UX writing, AI workflows, and product-shaped systems meet.

GitHub is where I turn agency thinking into public tools, skills, workflow rules, docs, QA checks, and small systems that can be used, tested, and improved.

What I am building toward

I am interested in the work layer around AI agents: context, rules, review loops, and useful outputs.

Area What I care about
AI agency systems Turning repeated agency work into structured workflows
Agent skills Giving AI agents task-specific context, standards, and decision rules
Marketing operations Making briefs, paid media plans, content systems, audits, and reports easier to review
Product-shaped thinking Turning knowledge into tools, packs, templates, and repeatable operating logic
Open work Publishing useful repos, notes, and contributions instead of keeping everything private

Background

I started as a copywriter, then moved deeper into conversion copy, paid media thinking, UX writing, brand strategy, campaign architecture, and digital direction.

That background still shapes how I build. I care about clarity, user intent, buyer psychology, handoff quality, and whether the final output can survive real client pressure.

Track Practical experience
Marketing strategy Positioning, campaign logic, media planning, content systems, offer framing
Copy and UX Conversion copy, landing page logic, user flows, message hierarchy, editing
Digital delivery Websites, campaign assets, reporting, QA, launch coordination, client-facing outputs
AI workflows Agent instructions, skill packs, routing logic, MCP connectors, review systems
Markets Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and Canada

Proof and projects

Work What it shows
Hajj Conference & Exhibition Digital coordination and communication work inside a high-context Saudi institutional environment
PrePilot Services Arabic-facing service and sales layer for PrePilot offers and agency workflow products
PrePilot System The working system layer behind structured AI workflows for agency tasks
Riftbook A public guide for AI-assisted builders: tools, prompts, workflows, and practical resources
unslop-preflight A quality gate mindset for AI-built frontends, focused on spotting weak UX before shipping
agent-kernel Experiments around local agent rules, safer behavior, memory, and coding-agent discipline
delegate-team Task routing for agent work instead of treating one chat as the whole team
marketingskills contribution A market research skill added to an open agent-skill library

How I think about AI work

AI is useful when it has a work system around it.

A prompt alone is not enough. Good output usually needs a clear role, source context, task boundaries, examples, quality rules, and a human review path.

The work I care about is not replacing judgment. It is making judgment easier to apply:

clearer briefs · sharper intake questions · better task routing · stricter review checks · cleaner handoffs · fewer repeated explanations · outputs people can actually use

Working principles

Principle What it means in practice
Clarity before decoration If the idea is unclear, visual polish will not save it
Proof before claims Say less, show the repo, tool, workflow, or output
Context before automation A system without context makes expensive guesses
Workflow before output Good work should be repeatable, not lucky
Review before shipping Valid files can still create weak user experiences
Human judgment stays close The goal is better work, not blind delegation

Tools and surfaces I work with

Build stack

React Vite TypeScript JavaScript Python Node.js FastMCP MCP Supabase Google Cloud Vercel GitHub Actions Markdown CLI tools

AI and agent surfaces

ChatGPT OpenAI Codex Claude Claude Code Gemini Perplexity Cursor Bolt Void Agent Skills

Marketing, analytics, and creative surfaces

I use code, marketing tools, and AI surfaces as one workspace: product interfaces, internal tools, campaign systems, workflow packs, docs, checks, connectors, and small utilities.

Current focus

Building PrePilot Agency Suite as an AI workflow layer for agencies
Turning marketing knowledge into agent-ready skills and operating rules
Improving frontend quality checks for AI-built interfaces
Contributing to public repos around agent skills, marketing workflows, and AI-assisted building
Writing cleaner docs that make complex work easier to repeat
