Refactored `advanced-search.css` to rename classes, redefine styles using Tailwind's `@apply`, and remove unused classes. Introduced new classes for advanced search components. Updated `modal.css` to enhance modal behavior and responsiveness. Replaced `subtract()` with `calc()` for better compatibility and added media queries for responsive modal sizes. Simplified `shell-sidebar-header.css` by removing unused `@layer components`. Refactored `shell-sidebar.css` and `toggle-button.component.css` to improve readability and consistency by reapplying styles with `@apply`. Removed imports for deprecated styles in `styles.css`. Updated `tailwind.config.js` to remove `.scss` from the `content` array, reflecting the transition away from `.scss` files.
