Describe the Addition

Hello again Infernal Expantion team, it's me again. Though the latest update greatly reduced the chances of biome-pockets and weird biome borders, I was still able to encounter them in a new test world. I also tested it out with the older versions that don't need Lithostitched, and those function normally with the exeption of not generation JNE's Black Ice biome, so it's probably an issue regarding that library mod. Please help yourselves the new set of screenshots I took to help get this issue.

It's a side effect of how JNE overrides nether biomes, I'm debating using Elysium API directly, still unsure of that's the best way forward though due to stability
