add hover-tooltips and/or items in quest descriptions
this could be useful for certain mods that only show information in the tooltips of items (such as hexcasting patterns that have inline rich text notations that need the tooltip to be more understandable)
make text in the description of quests selectable
this is again related to hexcasting and more of a fallback for the previous one, since the tooltip is displayed in chat and not in the quest description, it would be useful to be able to copy text so the user can put it in chat and have the tooltip. This could also be used to research item names in a JEI like mod interface.
