ICATT Zaakafhandelcomponent (ZAC)

GitHub CI Codecov License

This repository contains the source code of the ICATT 'zaakafhandelcomponent' (ZAC). ZAC is an open-source, workflow-based, Common Ground component for managing 'zaken' in the context of zaakgericht werken, a Dutch approach to case management.

ZAC was created as an extensible, future-proof solution for managing zaken. It can replace existing closed-source solutions, with a strong focus on open source and Common Ground compliance.

ZAC is a proven solution, currently funded by Dimpact, a coöperation of more than 40 Dutch municipalities. It is in use by various municipalities in the Netherlands.

ZAC aligns with the digital vision of the Dutch government (the NDS). It can, for example, be hosted on any (EU or otherwise) Kubernetes cluster and is fully compliant with the Common Ground principles.

History

This code base was initially developed by Atos. Starting July 2023, the development of ZAC was taken over by ICATT, the Common Ground brand of INFO.nl.
