All claude-code-action jobs now pin bun to 1.3.12 via oven-sh/setup-bun and pass custom_bun_path to the action, matching the claude-issue job. Edit() and Write() permissions updated to Edit(**) and Write(**) in all jobs that make file changes (claude-issue-comment, claude-pr-comment).
