Replaces the FocalTech-protocol bb_captouch library with a native Microchip MXT object-table driver (T5/T44/T100). Touch reading is interrupt-driven via a volatile pending flag set in the CHG ISR and serviced in the main loop. OCTV no longer owns the touch component.
