This is the initial draft patch to add HDR & WCG support for Android. It combines work from Kishore, Yue and Shuang. The patchset is follow the HWC 2.2/2.3 API defintion as the main reference for implementation and haven't tested on real device yet. Further revision is expected according to real test and debug iterations.
