Added cache logging anf timeout configuration

New features:

• Added -cache command line option to print cache information
• Added timeout configuration

Timeout and Expiration configuration entries now have units. Thus:

• To set one second timeout, you would write 1s
• To set expiration of two hours and thirty minutes, you would write 2h30m
